Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing C.A Publishing for your children's book and accessory needs. This shipping policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

  1. Processing Time We process orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will typically be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

  2. Shipping Options and Rates We offer individual shipping through our shipping partners based on the size of the order. Please checkout your order to get the most accurate shipping rates based on your location and the size of your order.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier's delivery schedule. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  1. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.

  2. Shipping Restrictions We currently only ship within the United States. 

  3. Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately at capublishingllc@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product and a brief message. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please expect a prompt response within (5) business days.

  4. Order Cancellation If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at capublishingllc@gmail.com. We will try our best to cancel your order before it is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
